Back to School - Backpack Program
In our continuing effort to help those in our houses, every resident in a Lean on Me house, who has been in good standing within the house for the last 3 months, can apply to receive a backpack and school supply kit for the upcoming school year. If you have multiple children, please submit a separate application for each backpack kit. There are a limited amount of backpack kits we are able to provide.
Backpack & supply kit will be delivered to the house on record at the end of July / early August. Based on the nature of this program, we are unable to ship to other addresses. If you do not anticipate being in that location in early August please don’t apply or reach out separately to coordinate other options.
Submissions must be received by June 26, 2023, or until we have reached the limit of applicants we are able to take this school year.
You can choose between a Primary Back to School Kit or a Secondary Back to School Kit
